Hepatitis Infoline

The Hepatitis Infoline is a friendly and non-judgemental phone service that provides information, support and referrals. It is for people living with hepatitis C or B, workers, friends, family, or anyone concerned about viral hepatitis.  The service is free and confidential.

Information: We can answer your questions and send you a wide range of booklets and resources about hepatitis C or B.

Support: We provide support and assist people to be able to make positive decisions related to their health and wellbeing.

Referrals: We can help with referrals across a wide range of services, including specialist services, such as; liver clinics, complementary therapists, multicultural and multilingual support services, youth and Indigenous services.

Opening hours: 9.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, there is a recorded information service and you can leave a message to request a call back. You can also send us a question by emailing info@hepvic.org.au
