Hep C: Take Control - recruiting now!

Hep C: Take Control is Hepatitis Victoria’s six week program for people with hepatitis C who want to better manage their health and would like support to make healthy choices. In 2012 Hep C: Take Control is being conducted in partnership with Integrated Hepatitis C Service Nurses around the state.

Programs being conducted in the first half of the year are:
Living Room (Hosier Lane, Melbourne CBD): 17th Feb – 23rd March
Goulburn Valley Health (Shepparton): 22nd Feb – 28th March
Access Health (St Kilda): 27th Feb – 16th April (no session Labour Day or Easter Monday)
SHARPS (Frankston): 1st May – 5th June
Ballarat: 9th May – 13th June

There will be programs at more sites (including more rural and regional sites) in the second half of the year.
