Board of Governance
Hepatitis C Victoria is overseen by a Board of Governance. The Board consists of:
- seven elected members;
- one person from a community organisation representing the interests of people who inject drugs;
- one person working in the area of hepatitis C education; one person representing the interests of Aboriginal people;
- one person representing the interests of people from rural Victoria;
- one person with special skills or expertise required by Hepatitis C Victoria as determined by the Board;
- the Chief Executive Officer of Hepatitis C Victoria (non-voting position.)
Election of Board members takes place at the Annual General Meeting. Hepatitis C Victoria Board members for the period 2009 - 2010 are:
